CASA IGLESIA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALOZAINA
Casa Iglesia is a detached holiday home with fenced private pool within walking distance of the white village of Alozaina. Fortunately, next to the casa is your own orange orchard. From October to the beginning of summer you are able to pick your own fruit here, full of vitamin C, as much as you want.
Casa Iglesia is located on the edge of the white village of Alozaina, from your terrace you look out on the village and the beautiful white church. In Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, protected by UNESCO, 45 km from Malaga airport and the beach. With a fifteen minute walk, you are in the center of Alozaina. Alozaina is a white mountain village or "Pueblo blanco" where the authentic Moorish influences are still visible. Other beautiful white villages in the area are Tolox, Casarabonela, Pizarra, Alora, Jorox and Carratraca.
LAYOUT OF CASA IGLESIA
Casa Iglesia is a detached holiday home consisting of two floors. On the ground floor you can find the living room with fireplace, sofa, satellite television and dining area. The open kitchen has a 3-plate gas stove, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, plenty of kitchenware etc. Also a washing machine is available. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. The second bedroom is on the first floor with a double bed. Like the living room, this bedroom has air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink.
THE OUTDOORS OF CASA IGLESIA
At the front of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture, this terrace can be shielded. Via a small staircase you reach the fenced private pool with sunbeds all around. Moreover, an outdoor shower and a barbecue are present. Around the villa there is the orange orchard where you may pick oranges from December - early July. Would you like fresh bread in the morning, the manager will bring it to you for a small fee. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful view from your terrace looking over the village of Alozaina and the illuminated church at night.

- Insurance coverage 0.70 euros per person per day (also for baby's and pets)
- Additional charge for arrival after 22:00: € 25,- cash on site
The following compulsory costs are already calculated in the sales price. You pay these when booking.

- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning

- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight

My boyfriend and I holidayed at Casa Iglesia from 30 June to 14 July. We really liked the house! The landlord met us right away the first evening (he was in the area anyway). He was very helpful in finding us a good restaurant to have something to easee more

He was very helpful in finding us a good restaurant to have something to eat that night. The location and views of the village are fantastic. We used the lovely pool a lot. At the pool there is little shade (and it was, especially the second week, quite warm). But the terrace by the house does offer shade. Very nice bathroom! Good beds!
Internet works fine! We had one Sunday morning when it was down for a while, otherwise no problem at all. The pool was cleaned every week by a friendly man. We got lemons and oranges from the orchard for delicious fruit juice. The village is very pretty and the people are friendly and you can eat good (simple) food. It is a steep climb to the village though. Near the village is an excellent supermarket on the road (Dia). Highly recommended to explore the area by (electric) bike, rentable in the village (see https://sierradelasnievesbybike.com/). We further recommend: The city of Ronda, very worthwhile! The hiking trail El Caminito Del Rey (book in advance!). And we went to the beautiful botanical gardens in Malaga (La Concepcion). Because of the lovely pool at the house, we had no need for the beach. |

The manager was very welcoming with a welcome drink. At departure we were allowed to stay with the manager because of our late flight. Enjoyed the tapas prepared by his mother. As for the house: many parts were good. Bathroom was sufficient. Nice poosee more

Bedroom upstairs was fine. Small bedroom downstairs was very disappointing. Small, stuffy, no ventilation through a window, noisy and sound of the refrigerator was disturbing. The location was beautiful and the view was great. Nice covered place to sit in the shade. Village nearby with nice restaurants. Good temperature and nice orchard.

The area is fantastic, the weather is great and you have beautiful views of the beautiful village of alozaina. You are within 45 min in Malaga and for shopping (Aldi, Lidl, mercadona, Carrefour) you are within 15 min in Coin. The pool is lovely and ssee more

Mijn vriend en ik hebben vanaf 30 juni tot en met 14 juli in Casa Iglesia vakantie gevierd. Wij vonden het een erg fijn huis! De verhuurder ontmoette ons direct de eerste avond (hij was toch in de buurt). Hij was heel behulpzaam met het vinden van een goed restaurantje om nog iets te eten, die avond. De ligging en het uitzicht op het dorp zijn fantastisch. We hebben heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad. Aan het zwembad is weinig schaduw (en het was, zeker de tweede week, best warm). Maar het terras bij het huis biedt wel schaduw. Hele fijne badkamer! Prima bedden!
Internet werkt prima! We hebben een zondagmorgen gehad dat het er even uitlag, verder geen enkel probleem. Het zwembad werd elke week netjes schoongemaakt door een vriendelijke man. Uit de boomgaard hebben we citroenen en sinasappels gehaald voor lekkere vruchtensap. Het dorpje is erg mooi en de mensen zijn er vriendelijk en je kan er lekker (eenvoudig) eten. Het is wel een steile klim naar het dorpje. Bij het dorp ligt een prima supermarkt aan de weg (Dia). Zeer aanbevelenswaardig is het om de omgeving te gaan verkennen met de (elektrische) fiets, te huren in het dorp (zie https://sierradelasnievesbybike.com/). Verder bevelen wij aan: De stad Ronda, zeer de moeite waard! De wandelroute El Caminito Del Rey (vooraf boeken!). En we zijn in Malaga naar de prachtige botanische tuinen geweest (La Concepcion). Door het heerlijke zwembad aan het huis, hadden wij geen behoefte aan het strand. |

Door de beheerder uiterst gastvrij ontvangen met een welkomst drankje. Bij vertrek mochten we vanwege onze late vlucht weer even bij de beheerder vertoeven. Gesmuld van door zijn moeder klaar gemaakte tapas. Wat betreft het huis: veel onderdelen waren goed. Badkamer voldeed. Mooi zwembad dat goed schoon gehouden werd. Keuken wat klein en wasbak lekte. Was en vaatmachine (niet gebruikt) goede service. Slaapkamer boven was prima. Kleine slaapkamer beneden viel enorm tegen. Klein, benauwd, geen ventilatie via een raam, gehorig en geluid van de koelkast was storend. De ligging was wel prachtig en het uitzicht geweldig. Leuke overdekte plek om in de schaduw te zitten. Dorpje vlakbij met leuke restaurantjes. Goede temperatuur en leuke boomgaard.

Fantastische vakantie,mooie villa, alles aanwezig en als extra een afwasmachine;-). bedden goed.Zwembad schoon. rust en mooie ligging en leuke steden goed bereikbaar.zeker een aanrader.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in villa Iglesia. Wat een rust hebben we ervaren. Heerlijk kunnen eten in het dorp Alozaine.

De omgeving is fantastisch, het weer is geweldig en je hebt prachtig uitzicht op het mooie dorpje alozaina. Je bent binnen 45 min in Malaga en voor boodschappen (Aldi, Lidl, mercadona, Carrefour) ben je binnen 15 min in Coin. Het zwembad is heerlijk see more
De omgeving is fantastisch, het weer is geweldig en je hebt prachtig uitzicht op het mooie dorpje alozaina. Je bent binnen 45 min in Malaga en voor boodschappen (Aldi, Lidl, mercadona, Carrefour) ben je binnen 15 min in Coin. Het zwembad is heerlijk ruim om lekker af te koelen. Alle credits naar Peter die ons fantastisch heeft ontvangen en die je ook altijd kan bellen als je vragen etc hebt. Wij gaan zeker nog terugkomen.
