CASA FELIZ HOLIDAY HOME IN ALOZAINA
Casa Feliz has a private pool and it located between the olive groves. This casa has an amazing panoramic view. Furthermore it's childfriendly because of the fenced pool. In the winter you can see the snow on top of the Sierra de las Nieves mountains. The panoramic view will fascinate you during the whole day. The beautiful nature reserve Sierra de las Nieves is located a 15 minute drive away. A drive to the atmospheric village of Alozaina takes about 10 minutes. The seaside resort of Marbella with its famous marina Puerto Banús is about 40 km from Casa Feliz. Famous old cities like Seville, Granada and Cordoba are reachable for a daily visit. Malaga airport and beach are approximately a 50 minutes drive away.
LAYOUT OF CASA FELIZ
This child-friendly villa with private fenced pool in Andalusia is completely on one level and very spacious. Casa Feliz has a modern interior and offers lots of comfort with beds of Dutch size and quality. De living room has a fireplace, two leather sofa's, a wooden table and Dutch satellite television. The kitchen is provided with a dishwasher, oven, cooker with 4 burners and enough kitchen utensils. There are three bedrooms and two of them have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. In a seperate room is a washing machine. In all areas is airconditioning (warm and cold).
OUTSIDE AT CASA FELIZ
Casa Feliz is very peaceful and quiet. The casa is surrounded by many acres of olive groves. This guarantees plenty of privacy. There is a large terrace that is partly covered. Around the fenced private pool are sunbeds. Next to the pool you will find the barbecue. You will reach the casa via an unpaved somewhat bumpy road of 400 meter.

Sandy beach Malaga 45 km, supermarket-bar-restaurant 12 km (10 min. drive), airport Malaga 45 km, Marbella 40 km.
WINTERSTAY
Casa Feliz is ver suitable for spending the winter months here. In the living room there is a powerful wood-burning stove that warms the larger part of the house. In addition there is also airconditioning where you can warm the villa with.

Minimum number of nights: 7
No fixed arrival or departure day, however if you do not arrive or depart on a Saturday, a surcharge is applicable (on request) .
- Additional charge for arrival after 22:00: € 25,- cash on site
The following compulsory costs are already calculated in the sales price. You pay these when booking.
- Insurance damage coverage € 0.80 per person per day (also for babies and pets)

You can also take advantage of a comfort package at a surcharge of € 175 per booking. If you opt for a comfort package when booking (this can be done via e-mail, telephone or the booking form), the surcharge is € 149 per booking. If you choose the comfort package at a later time, you pay € 175.
The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travelling party
- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a cot or high chair (please let us know when booking if you wish to use these)
- No deposit is required
- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight

The villa was clean and simply furnished, with a nice canopy outside. The location of the villa is quiet and rural next to an olive grove. The traffic is audible from the highway, but we did not experience this as a disturbance. In Coin there are large supermarkets for daily shopping and there is also an indoor shopping center (La Trocha).

11 nachten genoten van de rust in Villa Adonia De kleine probleempjes vastgesteld bij aankomst, werden heel snel opgelost. Kleine kamers, maar je leeft daar toch buiten. Groot terras en een verkwikkend zwembad. Dankzij de airco toch aangenaam slapen.see more

Net terug van een heerlijke week Spanje.We hebben genoten van de zon in de prachtig aangelegde tuin waar genoeg ruimte voor iedereen is. De villa was netjes en eenvoudig ingericht, met buiten een mooie overkapping. De ligging van de villa is rustig en landelijk gelegen naast een olijven boomgaard. Wel is het verkeer hoorbaar van de autoweg, maar wij hebben dit niet als storend ervaren. Mooie omgeving, centraal gelegen om uitstapjes te maken naar de kust of verder het binnenland in.In Coin zijn grote supermarkten gevestigd voor de dagelijkse boodschappen ook is er een overdekt winkelcentrum (La Trocha)
