This modern holiday home is the left half of a stylish semi-detached house and is part of the small-scale holiday park El Peral. This holiday home has everything you need for a carefree holiday under the Spanish sun. With a private jacuzzi (with an additional cost and must be reserved in advance) and access to a heated pool, this property is ideal for both families and larger groups. Here, you can enjoy peace and space, along with the social atmosphere of the park’s communal areas. The tropical grounds, spanning 5000 m² with a large lawn and multiple playgrounds, make this property a true oasis for relaxation.

The casita is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, approximately 30 minutes from Málaga airport and the beach. The nearest village is Alhaurín el Grande, where you’ll find charming shops, squares, and cozy terraces. You don’t even need to leave the park for a great meal; there’s a lovely, intimate restaurant that serves delicious dishes, and on special evenings, you can enjoy a traditional Andalusian flamenco dance!

LAYOUT OF CASITA CUARTA SUPREMA
The spacious ground floor of Casita Cuarta Suprema has been designed with comfort and style in mind. The open-plan living room features comfortable sofas, large windows, and French doors leading to the terrace, flooding the space with natural light and offering beautiful views of the tropical garden. With over 1000 international TV channels, including Dutch channels, and free WiFi, there’s entertainment for every guest. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, and even a wine cooler.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a modern en suite bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, and toilet. From both bedrooms, you can step directly onto the expansive 75 m² terrace through French doors. The second modern bathroom, also located on the ground floor, features a large shower, washbasin, and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature in both summer and winter. A shared washing machine is available in a separate area of the park.

The upper floor consists of a spacious mezzanine, accessible by stairs from the living room. Here, you’ll find six additional beds, making this property perfect for families with children or groups of up to ten people. This open sleeping area offers extra comfort and flexibility, ideal for a relaxed family holiday.

PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA CUARTA SUPREMA
The outdoor space at Casita Cuarta Suprema is a true paradise. Right in front of the property, you’ll find a spacious terrace and a private jacuzzi. Perfect for unwinding while the children play safely in the nearby playground. There are four jacuzzis on the grounds, one of which can be reserved for private use. The communal heated pool, located approximately 100 meters away, is fenced for child safety and is heated from November to May, with a separate children’s pool of 25 cm depth. The tropical garden, filled with palm trees, offers plenty of sunny and shaded spots, while the 1000 m² lawn with playground equipment provides endless fun for the little ones.

The park itself includes a restaurant, communal heated pool, spacious lounge area, and a large playground. There are facilities for games like boules, badminton, table tennis, foosball, and volleyball. In the shared lounge, you’ll find comfortable seating areas, books, literature, and tourist information, as well as a wide range of toys, children’s bikes, and board games.

COMFORT PACKAGE
You can also opt for a comfort package at an additional cost of €175 per booking. If you select the comfort package at the time of booking (this can be done via email, phone, or the booking form), the surcharge is €149 per booking. If you decide to choose the comfort package at a later date, the fee is €175.

The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travel group
- Flexible check-in and check-out times, with check-in available from 12:00 PM (normally 4:00 PM) and check-out until 2:00 PM (normally 9:30 AM).*
- Up to 80 kWh of free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a baby cot or high chair (please inform us at the time of booking if you’d like to use these)
- No security deposit required
- No additional costs for an early check-out, such as for an early flight
