Villa Grande is the ideal vacation home for (large) families, groups and cycling groups looking for comfort and space. Located in quiet Alfaz del Pi on the sunny Costa Blanca, this detached villa offers everything for a relaxing and active vacation. With an elevated position here you will enjoy privacy and stunning views over green hills, with even a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The spacious terrace, equipped with a cozy seating area, is the perfect place to enjoy impressive sunsets and the fresh breeze from the mountains together. The villa features a private pool, a large garden and plenty of space for the whole party.
Thanks to the proximity of the beaches of Albir and Altea, and the charming center of Alfaz del Pi with its local markets and cozy restaurants, there is always something to do. For cycling enthusiasts, the area is ideal: there are plenty of routes to explore, from coastal roads to mountainous terrain. The spacious Villa Grande Alfaz del Pi offers all the space and comfort for a relaxing stay with a large party. The villa has eight bedrooms, divided between the first floor and first floor. On the first floor there are five bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. All double beds can be easily separated. Especially convenient for groups of friends. This floor also has two bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink, a storage room and a cozy chill area with a sofa and TV. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Also here are three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink and a washing machine. All bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant stay even during the hottest days. From the spacious terrace with panoramic views, you step into the villa's generous living space. Designed with comfort and coziness in mind, it features a fully equipped open kitchen with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. The central dining area offers enough space for the whole party, while the living room with comfortable chairs and a TV is a nice place to relax together. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, covered porch and private pool. Here you can enjoy the beautiful views of the green hills and the surroundings of Alfaz del Pi.

The outdoor space of Villa Grande is a true paradise. The outdoor area is spacious and offers a private swimming pool where you can cool off during sunny days. Around the pool are sun loungers ready to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun. There is also an outdoor shower. For cozy evenings, a barbecue is available and you can use the covered dining area. In addition, the villa has a covered area with a foosball table and a small kitchen, ideal for entertaining and preparing snacks and drinks. The sun terrace offers not only a place to relax, but also breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

We kregen de sleutels overhandigd van een vriendelijke beheerder, die ons gelijk uitleg gaf over hoe alles in zijn werking gaat. Het is te zien dat alles nog nieuw is. Het is mooi modern maar toch een heerlijk Spaans vakantie gevoel. Mooie omgeving osee more
We kregen de sleutels overhandigd van een vriendelijke beheerder, die ons gelijk uitleg gaf over hoe alles in zijn werking gaat. Het is te zien dat alles nog nieuw is. Het is mooi modern maar toch een heerlijk Spaans vakantie gevoel. Mooie omgeving om te mountainbiken, wandelen en paddelen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
