This is very special! A beach house, built almost on the shore. Closer to the sea is hardly possible. A stay here is an unforgettable experience. Waking up and falling asleep with the sound of waves and the natural volcanic pools less than 30 meters away. Swimming here is a fantastic experience.
Beachhouse Marina Deluxe is located in the harbor of Las Nieves, the most picturesque fishing village in the northeast of Gran Canaria. The picturesque white fishing village of Agaete is located a five-minute drive away. The nearest nice stores and other (fish) restaurants can be found in the town of Agaete. There you will also find a bakery, a bank and a petrol station. Stroll down "Poets Avenue" a boulevard full of delicious seafood restaurants. Fresher fish is hardly possible. Here you can still taste really fresh fish.

Beachhouse Marina Deluxe is very tastefully decorated. From the living room with Smart TV you have a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. There is also wifi and a washing machine.
OUTDOORS OF BEACHHOUSE MARINA DELUXE
Outside you will find a lovely outdoor terrace, a huge garden with pebbles and a lovely roof terrace with sun beds for sunbathing. There is also a barbecue to cook outside until the late hours. You can walk to the natural swimming pools for a swim in the sea. Beachhouse Marina Deluxe is surrounded by a large and spacious private area that is perfect for children. The vacation home has a large terrace with phenomenal sea views. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy a delicious meal outside. On the roof of the house there is also a sun terrace with hammocks to enjoy the sun. There is also an outdoor shower.

A fantastic location to spend a holiday. The villa was well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable. With the natural pools just a stones throw away, going for a quick dip is easy and the local town of Puerto de las Nieves, just a 5 minute wasee more

This beautiful accommodation was ideal for us to explore the north/center of the island. The apartment is very close to the beach and the natural pools and from the roof you are guaranteed a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. The facilities are very nice and practical (dishwasher, washing machine, ...) and the terrace and garden are very well maintained. After a short walk along the promenade by the sea you get to restaurants, bars and a small store. The handover of keys worked flawlessly and communication was great. We have enjoyed the stay very much and can imagine very well to come back. Thank you very much! - Maria

Met de natuurlijke zwembaden op slechts een steenworp afstand, is een snelle duik gemakkelijk en de lokale stad Puerto de las Nieves, op slechts 5 minuten lopen, heeft tal van goede restaurants, een kleine supermarkt en twee rustige stranden om van te genieten. Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen der anderen nur anschließen. Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an wunderbar funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist überwältigend. Von der Dachterasse aus kann man sowohl die imposante Bergkulisse als auch das Meer betrachten. Der Steinstrand ist und die Naturschwimmbecken sind direkt vor der Haustür. Es ist herrlich mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Fußläufig hat man mehrere Restaurants an der Promenade. Es gibt ein Fischgeschäft und einen kleinen Spar. Trotzdem ist ein Auto erforderlich um die Insel zu erkunden. Alles in allem rundum ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. - Tuna

Vanaf het dakterras zie je zowel het imposante berglandschap als de zee. Het strand is en de natuurlijke zwembaden liggen voor de deur. Het is heerlijk om in slaap te vallen met het geluid van de zee. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Er zijn verschillende restaurants aan de boulevard op loopafstand. Er is een viswinkel en een kleine Spar. Toch is een auto noodzakelijk om het eiland te verkennen. Al met al een onvergetelijke vakantie. - Tuna

Deze prachtige accommodatie was voor ons ideaal om het noorden/centrum van het eiland te verkennen. Het appartement ligt zeer dicht bij het strand en de natuurlijke zwembaden en vanaf het dak heb je gegarandeerd een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de zonsondergang. De faciliteiten zijn zeer mooi en praktisch (vaatwasser, wasmachine, ...) en het terras en de tuin zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Na een korte wandeling langs de promenade aan zee kom je bij restaurants, bars en een kleine winkel. De sleuteloverdracht verliep vlekkeloos en de communicatie was geweldig. We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf en komen zeker terug. Hartelijk dank! - Maria

Sehr ruhiges nettes Apartment. Die natürlichen Pools sind im April noch etwas kalt, da es auch sehr windig in unserer Reisezeit war. Dennoch war es sehr schön und ruhig außerhalb der Touristen Gebiete. Das kleine Städtchen in der Nähe bietet alles wasee more

Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da bei Selbstversorgung es günstiger ist in größere Einkaufsläden zu fahren. Restaurants sind Fuß nah zu finden und auch zu angenehmen Preisen. Es war ein entspannter Urlaub und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen. - Katja

Zeer rustige mooie villa. De natuurlijke zwembaden zijn nog een beetje koud in april omdat het ook erg winderig was in onze tijd van reizen. Niettemin was het erg mooi en rustig buiten de toeristische gebieden. Het stadje in de buurt heeft alles wat see more

Niettemin was het erg mooi en rustig buiten de toeristische gebieden. Het stadje in de buurt heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een huurauto is aan te bevelen, want het is goedkoper om naar grotere winkels te rijden als je zelfvoorzienend bent. Restaurants zijn op loopafstand en tegen redelijke prijzen. Het was een ontspannende vakantie en we zouden het huis aan anderen aanbevelen. - Katja
