CASITA PRIMERA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
This cosy holiday home with shared pool in Andalusia is located on an authentic Spanish farm. It is therefore a wonderful holiday spot for young and old. There is a quiet and friendly atmosphere, partly because it is a small complex with 14 linked holiday homes. Here you will enjoy sun-drenched days, clear nights and beautiful rural views. There is a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. A lovely swimming pool that is also heated from November to May. For a day at the beach, grab your rental car; the nearest beach is just a 20 minute drive away.
The casita is located in a beautiful and quiet area, about 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the beach. The nearest village is Alhaurin el Grande. Here you will find nice shops, squares and cosy terraces. For a good restaurant, you don't even have to leave the estate. There is a nice small restaurant serving delicious dishes with and where you can then enjoy a traditional Andalusian flamenco dance on special evenings!
Note: there are several casitas so the furnishings may be different from the photos.
LAYOUT CASITA PRIMERA
Casita Primera is comfortable and well furnished. There is a combined living-bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin and a satellite TV (limited Dutch channels). There is also a kitchenette and terrace with garden furniture. There is air conditioning in Casita Primera.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA PRIMERA
Outside, you have your own terrace with seating. In the common area near the restaurant there is also a satellite television with Dutch channels. Here you will also find various books and tourist information about the area. Luxury lounge sets are available for general use around the restaurant and in the lounge garden. There are washing machines in a separate room that you can use free of charge.
On the spacious estate there is a lovely communal swimming pool and plenty of room to play for the kids. On the farm you will find a playground including a climbing frame, sandpit, table tennis, badminton and jeu de boules. There are plenty of toys, even children's bikes and board games, and for the little ones there is also a separate children's pool about 25 cm deep. The pool is fenced, so small children can run around quietly.

No fixed arrival or departure day, however if you are not arriving or departing on a Saturday, a surcharge is applicable (this surcharge is on request).

You can also take advantage of a comfort package at a surcharge of € 175 per booking. If you opt for a comfort package when booking (this can be done via e-mail, telephone or the booking form), the surcharge is € 149 per booking. If you choose the comfort package at a later time, you pay € 175.
The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travelling party
- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a cot or high chair (please let us know when booking if you wish to use these)
- No deposit is required
- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight

At this small-scale 'Granja' we had the studio Alh. de la Torre for a week. The studio is simple and small, but there you are also alone at night :-) La Granja is great to be at, what a view. With the 10 cottages, it stays cosy and quiet. Elske and Jsee more

With the 10 cottages, it stays cosy and quiet. Elske and Justin provide a great casual atmosphere and delicious food. If you like having (relatively) much contact with your Granja mates -you eat together what Justin serves you (which is no punishment) - and have (small) children, this is a 100% hit. Finally, the location offers a great base to Ronda, Marbella, Cordoba, Mijas, Nerja, etc. - Wim and Ellen

Op deze kleinschalige 'Granja' hadden wij de studio Alh. de la Torre voor een week. De studio is simpel en klein, maar daar ben je ook alleen 's nachts :-) La Granja is geweldig om te zijn, wat een uitzicht. Met de 10 huisjes blijft het gezellig en rsee more

Elske en Justin zorgen voor een geweldige ongedwongen sfeer en heerlijk eten. Als je het leuk vindt om (relatief) veel met je Granja-genoten contact te hebben -je eet gezamenlijk wat Justin je voorschotelt (en dat is geen straf) - en heb je (kleine) kinderen, dan is dit een 100% voltreffer. Tot slot biedt de locatie een prima uitvalsbasis naar Ronda, Marbella, Cordoba, Mijas, Nerja, etc. - Wim en Ellen
