CASA LA VERADA HOLIDAYHOME IN PUNTAGORDA
A unique hideaway! If you walk along the country road you will see behind the orange grove Casa La Verada. Here you will experience lots of peace and privacy. It has vegetable gardens all around and views of the sea and mountains. Casa La Verada has a private pool of 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m. From your vacation home you can walk to the center of Puntagorda with a bakery, supermarket, bar and several restaurants. In the evening you can enjoy red sunsets from your terrace, which are spectacular on this side of the island.
Also, Casa La Verada is ideal for working remotely, WiMAX 40 Mb/s - 5Mb/s. Wifi is available both inside and outside. So you can combine work and vacation.
LAYOUT CASA LA VERADA
Casa La Verada is all on one level. The living room with fireplace, satellite television, sitting and dining area has lots of light. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA LA VERADA
In front of the casa and near the barbecue area is a covered terrace. There are sunbeds around the private pool. You only hear the sound of birds here. From the terrace and from your pool you enjoy a wide view of the sea. Next to the casa is an orange orchard, picking is allowed! You can walk straight from Casa La Verada to the center of Puntagorda.
Visit on Saturday or Sunday the famous 'El Mercadillo' in Puntagorda. A farmers market with real local fresh products. The cakes, vegetables, meat, fruits etc. are offered to you by real Palmero’s. In spring thousands of almond trees blossom here, a fairytale image. From the church square near the town hall in the center of the village you are 200 m from the Mirador de Miraflores viewpoint. Nearby is a rocky beach accessible only on foot. Only in summer is the sea here calm enough for swimming. A large number of well-marked hiking trails have been established in the richly forested surroundings.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, then this is the house for you. This small house has everything you could need and lots of bonuses a beatuful private pool, a big bbq, not to mention stunning views out over the coast/seasee more
If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, then this is the house for you. This small house has everything you could need and lots of bonuses a beatuful private pool, a big bbq, not to mention stunning views out over the coast/sea. The owner is very nice although she speaks only spanish. Puntagorda itself is a small, sleepy town but has everything you could need. This house is about 1hr 30 mins drive from the airport, on extremely windy/steep roads. - Caoimhe

Dit kleine huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en veel extra's een prachtig privézwembad, een grote bbq en niet te vergeten een prachtig uitzicht over de kust/zee. De eigenaresse is erg aardig, hoewel ze alleen Spaans spreekt. Puntagorda zelf is een klein, slaperig stadje maar heeft alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Dit huis ligt op ongeveer 1 uur en 30 minuten rijden van het vliegveld, over zeer winderige/steile wegen. - Caoimhe

Die Lage ist wunderschön: traumhafter Meerblick, ruhige Lage und trotzdem kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Puntagorda einkaufen oder essen gehen oder am Wochenende auf den Mercadillo. Das Angebot an Geschäften und Restaurants ist sehr gut. Auchsee more
Die Lage ist wunderschön: traumhafter Meerblick, ruhige Lage und trotzdem kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Puntagorda einkaufen oder essen gehen oder am Wochenende auf den Mercadillo. Das Angebot an Geschäften und Restaurants ist sehr gut. Auch Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus sind einige möglich.
Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet. Das Internet funktioniert gut. Die Elektroheizung war für uns im Dezember absolut ausreichend. Der Terrassenbereich ist groß und mit Stühlen, Liegen, Auflagen und Tischen gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist natürlich auch sehr schön, Frau Sanfiel hat ihn während unserer Aufenthaltsdauer extra von der Vulkanasche gereinigt, dass er wieder schön aussieht und sauber ist. Frau Sanfiel ist sehr nett, Sie spricht nur spanisch, trotzdem funktioniert die Verständigung gut. Wenn es Fragen oder ein Problem gibt, ist Sie sehr gut erreichbar und kommt sofort. - Iris |

De locatie is prachtig: fantastisch uitzicht op zee, rustig gelegen en toch loop je in ongeveer 15 minuten naar Puntagorda om te winkelen of uit eten te gaan of naar de Mercadillo in het weekend. Het aanbod van winkels en restaurants is erg goed. Er see more
De locatie is prachtig: fantastisch uitzicht op zee, rustig gelegen en toch loop je in ongeveer 15 minuten naar Puntagorda om te winkelen of uit eten te gaan of naar de Mercadillo in het weekend. Het aanbod van winkels en restaurants is erg goed. Er zijn ook enkele wandelingen mogelijk direct vanuit het huis.
Het huis is erg mooi, ruim en comfortabel ingericht. De keuken is uitgerust met voldoende servies en pannen. Het internet werkt goed. De elektrische verwarming was absoluut voldoende voor ons in december. Het terras is groot en goed uitgerust met stoelen, ligstoelen, kussens en tafels. Het zwembad is natuurlijk ook erg mooi, mevrouw Sanfiel heeft het tijdens ons verblijf speciaal schoongemaakt van de vulkanische as zodat het er weer mooi uitziet en schoon is. Mevrouw Sanfiel is erg aardig, ze spreekt alleen Spaans, desondanks werkt de communicatie goed. Als er vragen of problemen zijn, is ze erg toegankelijk en komt ze meteen. - Iris |
