CASA LA CABAÑA VACATION HOME IN MORAIRA
This lovely casa is only a 10-minute drive from the charming Spanish village of Moraira. The modern, stylish and warm interior ensures that you will quickly feel at home here. From the spacious terrace you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the surroundings. Between all the greenery there is a communal swimming pool, here it is often relatively quiet. The beautiful decor, the sea view and the nice outdoor terrace make sure that you don't want to leave this unique place.
LAYOUT CASA LA CABAÑA
Casa La Cabaña consists of 2 floors. On the upper floor are the living room, kitchen, naya with sliding doors and the nice outsideterrace. The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a sitting area, smart tv, fireplace and direct access to the dining area and terrace. The open kitchen with minibar is fully equipped, including a stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to the terrace. Bathroom 1 has a toilet, sink and bath / shower combination. On the first floor are bedroom 2 and 3 both with a double bed, these bedrooms share a bathroom. Bathroom 2 has a shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 3 has a sink, toilet and shower. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an extra refrigerator. All bedrooms have air conditioning. In the entire casa is WiFi available. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA LA CABAÑA
The casa has a spacious terrace with a sitting area and dining table. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings. How unique to wake up there with your breakfast and cup of coffee! On the first floor there is another terrace with outdoor shower. On the terrace there are sun beds. You can also grill delicious dishes on the barbecue (electric). There is a shared swimming pool. The (rental) car can be parked on the private parkingspot next to the casa.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa La Cabaña is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. La Cabaña has air conditioning (hot and cold) and a fireplace. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Our stay at casa la cabaña was very good. We loved how cosy it was. It has 2 very beautiful terraces for dinner and apero time with the most fantastic view! It has everything that you need for the perfect vacation. Also the pool was lovely. Not to masee more
