VILLA MODERNO IN EL TABLERO
This modern villa in the sunny south of Gran Canaria is located in a quiet residential area. Villa Moderno has a lovely private heated pool with massage chairs for complete relaxation. In the outside area there are several nice spots to enjoy the sun. There is a generous barbecue area and a lovely lounge terrace where you can see the sea in the distance. The villa is modern and stylishly decorated. The beautiful sandy beaches of Maspalomas are just a 15-minute drive away.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MODERNO
This vacation home is wonderfully light and spacious. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with international TV channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped including an induction hob, freezer, fridge, oven and microwave. Large French doors lead you to the nice terrace of Villa Moderno.
Villa Moderno has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is by the pool. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. There is wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA MODERNO
Outside you will find several seating areas to enjoy the sun. The terrace has a dining table for six and here you will also find a spacious barbecue area. There are also sun beds to relax while you cool down in the private pool (7x3 meters and 1.25 meters deep). The pool has several massage jets, two massage chairs and a counter-current swimming system to relax. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Via stairs from the terrace you reach the lovely lounge terrace overlooking the sea in the distance.

On the spot we will ask for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after your departure if you have left the vacation home in good condition.

Una villa completísima donde vas a pasar unos dias espectaculares con el mejor clima de la isla y la mejor decoración. No le falta de nada y está en un lugar buenísimo. A la piscina tampoco le falta de nada, tiene todo lo que se puede pedir. Un 10 pasee more

Het huis is perfect voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden en de gastheer is een aardig en attent persoon. Alles is brandschoon en dat wordt gewaardeerd door ons. Wanneer je aankomt, zijn er handdoeken klaargelegd voor het bad en voor het zwembad,see more
Het huis is perfect voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden en de gastheer is een aardig en attent persoon. Alles is brandschoon en dat wordt gewaardeerd door ons. Wanneer je aankomt, zijn er handdoeken klaargelegd voor het bad en voor het zwembad, wat een hoogtepunt is. Opvallend is ook het zwembad met een zeer aangename buitenruimte. Dit en de inrichting nodigen je uit om de hele dag in de villa door te brengen, het is onmogelijk om niet terug te willen komen. Tot slot is de locatie uitstekend, met supermarkt, winkelcentrum en het strand van Maspalomas op slechts enkele minuten rijden met de auto. We zullen zonder aarzeling terugkomen.
