CASA LA LUNA HOLIDAY HOUSE IN BENITACHELL
What a lovely house is Casa La Luna. Just cross the small neighborhood street from your own terrace and voila: there's the swimming pool. A swimming pool equipped with a separate, spacious children's pool. You can take your own sunbeds from across the street (four available) and put them underneath the palms by the pool. There's no need for a parasol to enjoy reading a book in the shade. Casa La Luna is built against the side of a beautiful mountain, the Cumbre del Sol, and with its facade facing the beautiful valley with the picturesque village of Benitachell as a true eye-catcher. Casa la Luna has no fewer than three fantastic sandy and pebble beaches just a 10-15 minute drive away. Bringing snorkeling equipment is therefore highly recommended. In the near vicinity of Casa la Luna, you will find all your daily needs. A bakery and butcher can be found in Benitachell, just 1 km away, and a large supermarket, the Mas y Mas, is located at the bottom of "your mountain" at approx. 1 km away. Here you will find everything you need.
LAYOUT CASA LA LUNA
Casa la Luna is a semi-detached holiday corner house on the ground floor. This holiday home is furnished in a Dutch style with an open kitchen (accessible from the living room via a few steps), dining area, combination microwave, electric hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker and dishwasher. Cozy living room with sitting area (with sofa bed for max. 1 person), LCD TV (satellite with Dutch channels). From the main entrance you enter the terrace, furnished with dining table with parasol and lounge set and a passage to the rest of the garden with a second terrace. The photos with the lounge set is the new situation. There are new soft cushioned chairs at the outdoor dining table.
The casa offers two bedrooms, both with two single beds (can be placed against each other). Bedroom 1 is equipped with 80cm beds and bedroom 2 with 90cm beds. There is one bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. WiFi, safe and washing machine are available.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA LA LUNA
Casa la Luna is located in the typical Spanish village of Benitachella, in quiet residential area with only local traffic. With a spacious shared swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) with a seperate children's pool practically next door, this house offers everything you need for a successful holiday. The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitachell, Playa Arenal in Javea and Playa l'Ampolla in Moraira.
In the area you can enjoy golfing, diving, catamaran sailing and shopping. For the children, there are several (water) amusement parks near Benidorm (approx. 20 minutes). After such a fun and exciting day, how lovely is it to be able to return to your own holiday home for a peaceful and sultry barbecue evening. Although the Benitachell area offers many facilities and activities, the cozy and small-scale character of this part of the Costa Blanca is preserved. In Benitachell, Javea and Moraira there are no high-rise buildings and you will find authenticity here, with both beautiful lounge terraces and typical tapas restaurants.

Details
– The house is in principle suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A 5th guest is may be possible upon request, depending on the group composition and with a surcharge of € 8 per night. For questions: feel free to contact us.
– Arrival and departure possible every day of the week, with booking periods in the summer months as close as possible to a previous/next booking.
– Minimum stay of 7 nights during holiday periods. Other periods: minimum of 4 nights.
– We recommend renting a car at this destination.

- Final cleaning: € 90,- per stay
- Bedlinen and towels: 20,- p.p.

– Baby cot incl. bed linen: € 50 per stay

– In the months from mid-October to April, heating is essential, the mandatory surcharge for this is € 5 per night to be paid in advance.

– The swimming pool is open from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Deposit
- Deposit: € 100, - cash on arrival. If you have left the casa in correct condition, you will receive it back on the day of departure.

Very clean location which was in a great location. The price-quality is definitely good. Friendly reception and accommodation is well equipped.
What is very nice is that the terrace consists of two parts so you can actually sit in the shade all day.

Zeer nette locatie welke op een prima locatie lag. De prijs kwaliteit is zeker goed. Vriendelijk ontvangst en accommodatie is goed ingericht.
