The living room of Casa Evita is comfortably and stylishly furnished. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating area and a dining area. There is a smart TV, you can log in to your own streaming service on the TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and a wide selection of kitchen utensils. Casa Evita has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: one double bed. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: one double bed. Bathroom 2: has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF CASA EVITA
The outdoor life of Casa Evita is very nice, partly because there are 2 terraces where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the spacious terrace at living room level there is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals or play a game together. There is a shared pool and a separate children's pool, which is perfect for families with children. The holiday home has 1 private parking space. The terraces are favourably located, there is sun all day! Whether you want to swim, play, sunbathe or just eat well, Casa Evita offers all the possibilities. The shared pool is a solution when you don't go to the beach for a day, but still want some refreshment.

- In the period July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be linked to earlier/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between them.

- It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles at Casa Evita.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of € 250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
Winter rental
Casa Evita is very suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for which are € 75 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.

We have now been to Casa Evita for the 2nd time. The fact that we came back says it all! We enjoyed ourselves again. The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped.

The water takes a very long time to heat up. A shame, because this wastes a lot of water. Also, the pressure drops if the bathrooms are used at the same time.

Benissa itself does not have much to offer but in the immediate vicinity (about 10-15 minutes) is Calpe which is just a nice seaside resort with plenty of good restaurants.

Het duurt erg lang voor het water warm is. Zonde, want daardoor wordt veel water verspild. Ook valt de druk weg als er tegelijktijdig van de badkamers gebruik wordt gemaakt.

Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim, modern en zonder meer erg schoon. Voldoende slaapruimte, ruime badkamers en voldoende toiletten. Eigen, afgesloten, parkeervoorziening en mooi zwembad. Benissa zelf heeft niet heel veel te bieden maar in see more
