LAYOUT OF CASA JOYA
Casa Joya is entirely on the ground floor and therefore suitable for anyone looking for convenience and comfort. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room that is wonderfully light thanks to the large windows. The living room offers direct access to the terrace and garden. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying satellite TV with channels in all languages or a good film on the DVD player. From the living room, you look out onto the garden, so you are always connected to the outdoors. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The spacious dining tables invite for cosy meals, whether you dine inside or outside.

There are three bedrooms: the first is a stylish double bedroom with a luxurious bed and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for children. The third bedroom has a comfortable single bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a lovely large bathtub, bidet, sink and toilet. Ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. The enclosed outdoor area with large windows and desk is ideal for a workation. The house has WiFi, a safe and alarm to make you feel safe and at home.

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA JOYA
The outdoor area of Casa Joya is truly a paradise. The private pool (7×3m), which can be used all year round, invites you to take a refreshing dip at any time of the day. The pool has a safety gate for families with small children, so you can relax with peace of mind. Around the pool are comfortable loungers where you can enjoy the sun, while the children play outside in the play area. The garden and covered terrace are designed for pure enjoyment. You can dine outside with the available barbecue, ideal for long evenings under the stars. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera in the distance. Outside is also an additional bathroom with toilet, shower and sink and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

A security deposit for Casa Joya is applied of € 150,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
