Settle down on a bench and watch the boats float on the water or visit the 'La Punta Yacht Club'. Here you can enjoy delicious food, sunbathe, taste various cocktails and enjoy lounging. The almost always quiet sandy beach of Pasito Blanco is within walking distance.
Beach Apartment Pasito Blanco II is ideal for the whole family. You can enjoy lounging on the private outdoor terrace and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the harbor. You can relax or enjoy the sun around the communal swimming pool. Prefer to go to the beach? It's only a five minute walk.
LAYOUT APARTMENT PASITO BLANCO II
This apartment consists of two floors and is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach. Downstairs you will find the attractive living room with sofa, satellite television and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, freezer and sufficient kitchen utensils. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The master bedroom also has a balcony with a view of the harbor and a sitting area with sofa and beautiful carpet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
OUTSIDE APARTMENT PASITO BLANCO II
Outside you have a nice private terrace with lounge set at your disposal. From your balcony with seating you have a view of the marina. You walk through the gate to the spacious communal swimming pool. A mini market is located a 5-minute walk away.
Beach Apartment Pasito Blanco II is located in the luxury residential area of Pasito Blanco, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and approximately 300 meters from the harbor. The 'La Punta Yacht Club' is also within walking distance. If you would like to visit another beach besides the beach of Pasito Blanco, we can heartily recommend the sand dunes of Maspalomas. You can reach the sand dunes within a 15-minute drive.

They will ask for your bank details on the spot (account holder, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT code) so the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after departure when you have left the holiday home in correct condition.
OBLIGATORY IF APPLIED AND PAYABLE ON LOCATION
Arrival between 20:30 - 22:00 hrs: € 30,-
Arrival between 22:00 - 00:00 hrs: € 50,-
And on arrival between 00:00 - 01:30 hrs: € 80,-
