APARTMENT NINA HOLIDAYHOME IN NERJA
This apartment on 5th floor with stunning views is located in the heart of Nerja. As Apartment Nina has recently been renovated, it has a lovely fresh and modern feel. Moreover, the apartment's location is excellent: the beautiful and popular Burriana Beach is just a 10-minute walk away. From the apartment you have views over the sea, the white town and the rolling Sierra Almijara mountains. You can optimally enjoy this over a tasty Spanish tapas on the apartment's balcony. In the immediate vicinity of Apartment Nina you will find a large variety of shops and restaurants. Moreover, you can walk to the famous Balcón de Europa within 20 minutes. Whether you are a beach lover or prefer to explore the city and its green surroundings, Apartment Nina is the ideal base for your holiday.
Nerja is astonishingly beautiful and full of atmosphere. In the historic centre you will find beautiful old houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving access to covered alleys. A visit to the ´Balcon de Europa´ viewpoint is an absolute must, offering panoramic views over the city. The hilly, green hinterland is also worth a visit, such as the picturesque white mountain village of Frigiliana.
LAYOUT OF APARTMENT NINA
Apartment Nina can be reached by an elevator. Upon entering Apartment Nina you step into the hallway, which leads to the open-plan living room and kitchen. Here you will find a small sitting area and a large glass wall, with windows that reach from ceiling to floor. As a result, the flat is bathed in natural light. As the windows can be fully opened, the balcony functions as an extension of the apartment. From here you can overlook the city and the sea. The open kitchen is well equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils.
Apartment Nina features two bedrooms. The bedrooms have great views as well. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a second bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The entire flat is provided with WiFi and air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF APARTMENT NINA
Apartment Nina features a wrap-around balcony. As the windows open up completely, you can bring the outside into the apartment. In the summer, you can take a dip in the large communal pool (20x10m). The apartment complex offers free parking space. Alternatively, you can park your car on the street.
Apartment Nina is close to the golden Burriana Beach. This is one of the Costa del Sol's most popular beaches. Burriana Beach is located in a wide bay. The sandy beach is also safe and fun for small children, as there is playground equipment on the beach. In addition, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas as well as pedal boats here. Along the beach, there is a beautiful promenade with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.

Disturbing is the large number of engines that are present day and night, and as always in Spain,'night dogs

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location for the town , if you have a car parking was easy.The views are open to all sides from every window stunning, eat ineat out it’s all on your door step with what you need.

We really liked the Location of the Apartment. It’s close to the lovely City Centre of nerja as well as to the beach. Both in about 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped with a big bathroom and open kitchen. We really enjoysee more
