CASA CARLA HOLIDAY HOME IN SAN AGUSTIN
Casa Carla is a lovely light and spacious apartment and located near the beach. The sea is less than 100 m away! When you step out of the gate, you'll find yourself on the boulevard with the beautiful sandy beach of Las Burras in front of you! Add a nice private balcony and your stay here is complete. From the balcony you have a breathtaking seaview. On the boulevard are nice restaurants and shops, it's all within walking distance. When strolling along the pathway, you'll hear the calming sound of the sea in the background.
LAYOUT OF CASA CARLA
The spacious living room is provided with two sofa's and a Smart-TV with internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, cookware and a washing machine. The kitchen is independent and has it's own dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Casa Carla is provided with high speed internet.
OUTDOORS OF CASA CARLA
The spacious living room offers access to a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and the golden sandy beach of Las Burras, from which you can enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner with the best views! Everything you need, restaurant, shops, beaches, all just a short walk away!When you walk out of the gate you'll find yourself on the boulevard with the beautiful sandy beach behind it. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent on the beach. In Casa Carla itself, there are beach towels available that you can use. You can park your car on the street or in the public car park nearby.
Casa Carla in Gran Canaria is located nearby the beautiful beach of Las Burras that turns into San Agustin. Here you will find peace and serenity far away from mass tourism. A beach that is ideal for jogging, sunbathing or relaxing. At the weekend it can get busier on the beach because of the locals, who also go there. Playa de las Burras consists of a sandy beach and a pebble beach. A trip to the fashionable Pasito Blanco with its luxurious marina and nice beach restaurant is also definitely worth it. Or how about the picturesque Puerto de Mogan? There you will find many ports, a lovely sandy beach and colorful streets full of flowers and small boutiques.

– One small dog allowed, paying a 50€ fee per stay. Not allowed in the communal areas.
– Babycot and highchair can be provided on request.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Deposit € 350,- cash or by credit card (Visa only and Mastercard) upon arrival. They will ask for your bank details on the spot (account holder, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT code) so the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after departure when you have left the holiday home in correct condition.
MANDATORY AND TO BE PAID ON LOCATION

Arrival between 22:00 - 00:00 hrs: € 50,-
And on arrival between 00:00 - 01:30 hrs: € 80,-
