APARTMENT GLORIA HOLIDAY HOME IN SAN AGUSTIN
This modern apartment is located in the south of Gran Canaria. With its beautiful sea view, you will have a hard time leaving the balcony. If you want to cool off, you can take a dip in the large communal swimming pool of the apartment complex. Or walk to one of the broad beaches and go swimming in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. You will find all kinds of good restaurants and nice shops within walking distance.
This apartment is located in walking distance from the beach Playa de las Burras near San Agustín. This beach is much more quiet compared to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. Here you will find peace and space far away from mass tourism. It is a beach that is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. On the weekends it is somewhat busier on the beach. This is because several locals will go to the beach too. Playa de las Burras consists of a sandy beach and a pebble beach. Many families with children come here because of the sheltered location. Volleyball or soccer is also regularly played on the beach. Playa de las Burras is also a favorite of runners because of its unique nature location and excellent running opportunities across the boulevard along the beach.

Apartment Gloria is modern and brightly furnished. The living room has a large sofa, coffee table and television. From there you can walk onto the balcony through glass sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, washing machine, toaster, fridge, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. This apartment is suitable for two persons and has one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Wi-Fi is also available.

The balcony is directly accessible from the living room. On the balcony, you will find chairs, a table and a glass balustrade. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the breathtaking view over the sea. Within walking distance of this apartment is the sandy beach Playa de San Agustin (750 m). Like the beach, restaurants, bars and shops in San Agustín are close by. Would you rather visit a big city? The centre of Maspalomas is just 4.9 km away. It has endless shopping and restaurants options.

Our stay was fantastic! The view is a delight to wake up to in the morning with shimmering palm trees and the sound of the sea, so relaxing. The apartment is lovely and the pictures show exactly what the apartment is like. Communication was also really good: He knew we were already in Gran Canaria (on business before we started our holiday) and contacted us to see if we wanted an earlier check in, thanks! We had a small problem with the bedroom Aircon unit which was fixed within a couple of hours, highly recommended. The location is great, midway between the two local beaches, and the shared pool was always quiet and clean. On-street parking is free outside within the marked blue bays. It can get busy, but we always got a spot. We’d happily go back! - Peter

Ons verblijf was fantastisch! Het uitzicht is een genot om 's ochtends wakker te worden met wuivende palmbomen en het geluid van de zee, zo ontspannend. Het appartement is prachtig en de foto's laten precies zien hoe het appartement is. De communicatie was ook erg goed: hij wist dat we al in Gran Canaria waren (voor zaken voordat we aan onze vakantie begonnen) en nam contact met ons op om te zien of we eerder wilden inchecken, bedankt! We hadden een klein probleem met de airco-unit in de slaapkamer dat binnen een paar uur werd verholpen, een echte aanrader. De locatie is geweldig, halverwege tussen de twee lokale stranden, en het gedeelde zwembad was altijd rustig en schoon. Parkeren op straat is gratis binnen de gemarkeerde blauwe banen. Het kan druk worden, maar we kregen altijd een plekje. We komen graag nog eens terug! - Peter
