Villa Sol Deluxe is a detached holiday home with a spacious garden that is perfect for families. The villa is situated on a plot of 1300m2, in a quiet location, and has a large heatable private swimming pool (12 x 5m). There are several lounge spots in the garden. From the roof terrace you can admire the surroundings and the sea. The villa is located in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Beautiful sandy beaches are a 10 min. drive away.
LAYOUT VILA SOL DELUXE
Villa Sol Deluxe has 2 floors and an interior decorated with an eye for detail. There are stairs to reach the villa. Wi-Fi is available in the villa. On the ground floor is a living room, a recreation room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a dining area, sofa and sitting area. The recreation room features a pool table and sofa. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom and has a bath, toilet and sink. Bathroom 2 is also an ensuite bathroom and has a bath, toilet and sink.
On the first floor is the main entrance with access to a spacious dining room, living room, office and a toilet. This floor also features a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes amongst other things a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. On the second floor, the other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. Bedroom 5 has a double bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have access to a bathroom. Bedroom 6 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 3 is an ensuite bathroom and has a jacuzzi, shower, a double sink and a toilet. Bathroom 4 has a shower, toilet and a sink. Bathroom 5 is an ensuite bathroom and has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the villa.
THE PRIVAT OUTDOORS AT VILA SOL DELUXE
The outdoor life at Villa Sol Deluxe is fantastic. There are sunbeds around the spacious, heatable, private swimming pool (12 x 5 m). There is also a spacious garden with a lawn and a barbecue. Next to the pool, there is a lounge area with umbrellas and hammocks. This way you can always find a spot in the sun as well as in the shade. There is a roof terrace, a terrace on the middle floor and a dining area where you can eat covered outside. Golf enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here on the golf course that is 1.5 kilometres away.

Great villa, lovely host. Would happily stay again. Fantastic host, she even went out of her way to buy some birthday sweets for one of our group, lovely touch. She was very kind to all the group and very helpful settling us in. We have already triedsee more

She was very kind to all the group and very helpful settling us in. We have already tried to book again, so that say's it all really! This villa is huge, even though we traveled as a group of ten we all had plenty of space, the same goes for the pool and garden area as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a larger group. - Luke

Geweldige villa, aardige gastvrouw. Zou er graag weer verblijven. Fantastische gastvrouw, ze deed zelfs haar best om wat verjaardagstaart te kopen voor een van ons, zeer gastvrij! Ze was erg aardig voor de hele groep en erg behulpzaam. We hebben al osee more
