VILLA LUCIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MASPALOMAS
Villa Lucia is a luxurious and modern villa with a heated private pool on Gran Canaria, in the sunny south of the island. The villa is furnished with a great sense of style and has a lovely private swimming pool (4 x 8m). Looking for a relaxing day at the beach? Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Maspalomas. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over the golfcourse from your terrace.
LAYOUT VILLA LUCIA
Villa Lucia has a beautiful interior and modern furniture. Very luxurious kitchen equipped with 4 electric hotplates, oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The very spacious living room has a fresh and modern interior with a wonderfully comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, Smart TV and bluetooth speakers. There is one bedroom with two single beds downstairs and a bathroom with shower, toilet and one sink. Upstairs there is another bedroom with double bed and second bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet. From the bedroom upstairs you can step into the terrace with sunbeds and an amazing view. Also there is a washing machine available. There is also WiFi and air conditioning.
THE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LUCIA
The outdoor living of Villa Lucia is fantastic. There are sunbeds around the private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a nice lounge area.You don't even have to leave the large estate for a supermarket and restaurant. This is because there is a good restaurant with a varied menu and a lounge/bar with a view over the beautifully landscaped golf course.
The beautiful interior of Gran Canaria with its sleepy villages and beautiful hiking opportunities can be reached within half an hour by rental car. For a delicious fish restaurant, it is best to go to the coastal town of Arguineguin. This town is about 5 kilometres away and is known for its good fish.

The welcome pack was great as we arrived late in the evening and the daily fresh bread was a lovely touch. We had a late flight back so the team found us an empty villa to use the pool and showers for the day. Thank you for that. From start to finish everything was perfect. We had a wonderful vacation, really enjoyed it together. The car was super arranged and went very smoothly. I sent a text message in advance and when we arrived there was someone from the organization waiting for us. He explained and went through evesee more
We had a wonderful vacation, really enjoyed it together. The car was super arranged and went very smoothly. I sent a text message in advance and when we arrived there was someone from the organization waiting for us. He explained and went through everything with us. Every morning they had a free bread service, so that was great. The house was a bit in need of maintenance, I thought, hooks from the curtains off etc. And only 1 small towel and 1 large and 1 bath towel I personally find little. 1 extra there would have been better. And because the grass had a lot of shade, it remained very long wet, in front of the porch. Furthermore, it was really great. We have an afternoon spa done at the hotel and that was something we really enjoyed

Het welkomstpakket was geweldig omdat we laat in de avond aankwamen en het dagelijks verse brood was een heerlijke bijkomstigheid. We hadden een late vlucht terug dus het team vond een lege villa voor ons om het zwembad en de douches voor de dag te gebruiken. Bedankt daarvoor. Van begin tot eind was alles perfect. Het resort is zeer goed onderhouden en mooi. - Tricia

De villa is geweldig - net zo mooi en rustig gelegen als op de foto's. De service is meer dan 5 sterren. Ze reageerden binnen enkele minuten op elk verzoek en waren zeer behulpzaam. Ze zorgden zelfs voor een kinderstoel, kinderbed en badje voor onze see more

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, echt samen genoten. De auto was super geregeld en ging heel erg soepel. Van te voren heb ik een sms gestuurd en toen we daar aankwamen was er iemand van de organisatie die ons op wachtte. Hij heeft alles uitgelsee more
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, echt samen genoten. De auto was super geregeld en ging heel erg soepel. Van te voren heb ik een sms gestuurd en toen we daar aankwamen was er iemand van de organisatie die ons op wachtte. Hij heeft alles uitgelegd en doorgenomen met ons. Elke morgen hadden ze een gratis broodjes service, dus dat was top. Het huisje was wel wat aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe vond ik, haakjes van de gordijnen af ed. En maar 1 kleine handdoek en 1 grote en 1 badhanddoek vind ik persoonlijk weinig. 1tje erbij was fijner geweest. En omdat het gras veel schaduw had bleef het erg lang nat, vooraan bij de veranda. Verder was het echt top. We hebben nog een middagje welness gedaan bij het hotel en dat was echt ook genieten.
